Skinny AND Delicious

Super Bowl Sunday seems an unlikely place to discover a blog about cooking light. To be honest, it actually happened and now, I am obsessed. (thank you very much Kelly) Skinnytaste was created in 2008 by Gina Homolka. In her own words she is an "author, recipe developer and photographer of Skinnytaste, which features low fat, family-friendly, healthy recipes." What else can I say? (except yum)


This is what I have tasted so far --> skinny buffalo chicken dip * skinny chicken enchiladas * baked potato soup * penne alla vodka * pollo in potacchio
